I wouldn't recommend this if you are a beginner to online marketing. But once you website becomes successful you will eventually discover the money behind such kind of marketings.

•Newsletter Advertising - I would think about this only if a site was popular with a minimum of 100 members. This comprises of periodic updates with useful articles and finally selling some ad space in the newsletter. Again, this requires a lot of effort - keeping the newsletter clean, easy to read and targeting the ads properly will encourage people to view the ad out of interest.
